Notes:
The Qingdao International Marina & Olympic Sailing Center is located at the former BeiHai dockyard in FuShan Bay adjoining Wusi (May 4th) Square and DongHai West Rd. 

The Sailing Regattas of the 29th Olympic Games in 2008 as well as the 13th Paralympic Games were held at this location, now called Qingdao International Marina & Olympic Sailing Center.  Olympic Village Construction & Qingdao International Marina  Photo Gallery (2006)

 

In January-February 2009, Qingdao hosted sailors from eight teams of the Volvo Ocean Race 2008-09.  The Marina has also been host to several Clipper Round the World Yacht Race events.
