Qingdao Public Bus #321 Print
Sunday, 15 May 2005
This is our second article in the series "Taking the Public Bus in Qingdao."  Keep in mind that taking the bus is not difficult and once you get familiar with a bus line it is actually a convenient means of transportation.  In the last Article we talked about the famous bus #317.

The public bus #321 is a handy bus line to know.  It covers the coastline from the ShiLaoRen to its last stop, the ferry station, where you can pick up and sail off to Huandao.  Bus #321 is air-conditioned/heated and costs 1-2 RMB to ride (depending on the direction of travel).

Qingdao public bus #321 starts in the Laoshan District. One of its first stops serves thousands of teachers and students going to Qingdao University East Campus (which proudly boasts the International College, Holmes College and many other Colleges).  It also serves the famous No. 2 Middle School.  This bus line has a stop at every Beach from ShiLaoRen to Beach Number 6.  Along the way it also stops at Beer City, Sculpture Park, Hai Da, Qingdao University, Hong Kong Garden, Jusco, Carrefour, May 4th square, ZhongShan Park, HuiQuan square, ZhanQiao Pier, the Qingdao train station, and finally the Qingdao ferry terminal.  It can conveniently be picked up throughout the coastline on XiangGang Lu, WenDeng Lu, and TaiPing Lu!

Don't worry or have a phobia over taking the Qingdao public bus system.  It is an efficient and safe means of transportation. I've been riding them for over a year now.  Each bus line in Qingdao starts and stops at the same location or terminal.  This is considered a circular bus system--so you can always find your way back! Taking the bus will save you money and help you become familiar with Qingdao.
