-A green "smiley face" indicates that the establishment follows excellent sanitation standards.
-A yellow "neutral face" indicates average sanitation standards.
-A red "frown face" indicates a lack of sanitation standards.

**Restaurants that receive neutral and frown faces will be given a timeframe in which to improve their sanitation levels.

Mr. Jiang Yunzong, also known as "Mo Ren" and "Master of Huiwen Villa," was born in Qingdao in 1960. He studied painting and traditional Chinese culture since childhood and was inspired by works from Jiezi Garden Painting Book. He was also taught by the renowned artist master Mr. Fan Zeng. His works are imbued with spiritual rhythm rather than mere imitation of images. He does not copy former painters or even his own works but instead personifies nature.

Starting on November 5th, 2007 an additional 1 RMB will be charged on all taxi fares.  This is due to the ever rising gas prices that China and the rest of the world are facing.

The Qingdao Municipal Museum is Closed until July 2008:
The City's Municipal Museum is undergoing "Olympic renovation" and will not open until next year.
