Qingdao Restaurant News
Qingdao SeaFood
Recommend local seafood includes, but is not limited to: Hair Tail, Sierra, Flatfish, Pamphlet, Weaver, Black Carp and Yellow Croaker.  Local Blue Crabs are a delicacy; however, they must be alive when purchased to avoid food poisoning!  The more ovaries and digestive glands a crab has the better.  Qingdao clams, also known as “GaLa” in Qingdao dialect, are available in every restaurant and can be braised, fried with red or green chilies and dressed with various sauces.
