Among Qingdao cuisine, seafood is the most typical.  In the summer, tourists enjoy themselves by eating seafood, drinking fresh draft TsingTao beer, and swimming in the sea at one of Qingdao’s many bathing beaches.  Seafood in Qingdao includes sea cucumber, abalone, shark fin, lobster, crab, trumpet shell and various kinds of sea fish, as well as sleeve-fish, shrimp, octopus, oyster, clam and scallop.  Seafood is available in almost every restaurant.
