Notes on (MAX 2008):
Started in 2007 and held at the beginning of spring, this Qingdao annual live music and creative art event at Creative 100 Industry Park  brings bands & artists together from around China and abroad.  The weekend Rock-n-Roll / Alternative event draws the "young and restless" who are looking for alcohol fueled rock, punk, reggae, & hip-hop.  Following the weekend of live music, an art & photo exhibition showcases the creative talents of Qingdao's youth.

 

This year's event was dampened by cold weather and a low turnout.  Better luck next year, Qingdao Rocks!
