MINS Foreign Language Club Weekly English Salons/Corners:
The participants are mainly Chinese who have a certain English level knowledge, but still want to improve their oral English and make more qualified friends.

Usually, we’ll select in advance a text or book to read and send it to the members by email, asking them to preview.  It's about all kinds of contents, like cultural differences, news, short novels, business…the participants are asked to read the text and share the information during the salon.

Except “Reading & Speaking” salon, we also have “communication salon” for guests from different countries and walks to be our VIP hosts. The participants will ask the native English guests many questions and share opinions.

1)  Discovering MINS 7th  magazine
“What is MINS CLUB? What’s the meaning of MINS CLUB? What does MINS CLUB want to be?” If you’re asking these questions and want to know more about us, welcome to join our discovering session of the latest MINS 7TH issue magazine. We’ll also invite some of the authors to join and share their article!

2)  German Beer Festival at METRO
Metro (Qingdao) is organising a grand German Beer Festival from 10th July to 23rd July.
MINS CLUB will hold a “MINS TSINGTAO BEER DRINKING” contest for beer lovers, and the winners will be rewarded with:
1st prize, a box of genuine Belgian chocolates
2nd prize, a medium genuine Dutch Gouda cheese
3rd prize, a small genuine Dutch Gouda cheese
The beer for the contest is free of charge, imported German beer 10% off for MINS members!
