In 2007, the Qingdao International Yacht Club (QIYC) will participate in its very first America’s Cup. The QIYC is located in FuShan Bay and led by Commodore Dong Tong Kuan who will organize a series of match races and sailing events between now and 2008 to prepare not only for the 32nd America’s Cup, but also the Olympic Games.
