China Yachting Business Partnership (CYBP) is an international investment house targeting the recreational marine industry, holding investments in various Chinese marine industry manufacturers for international and domestic distribution and sales. A percentage of CYBP's revenues help fund the NOCSP as the program expands to over 6 schools in 2008.   CYBP welcomes additional outside sponsors to help cover tuition costs of the youth and volunteer staff for management of daily activities.
