Role: To ensure optimum delivery of all hospitality program requirements, including accommodation, entertainment (including restaurants), leisure activities and visits as required by international guests
Key responsibilities: • Design a hospitality program, as per the requirements received • Manage all elements of hospitality program, including * Hotel accommodation * Event tickets, as required * Food and beverage * Airport function * Transportation * Leisure and entertainment
Objectives – Design a hospitality program, as per the requirements received: • Implement and manage a well coordinated program, as per the requirements received from the Project Director
Objectives – Manage all elements of hospitality program: • Organise and oversee guest hotel room allocation • Manage efficient room allocation with guest hotel • Ensure every guest can access the right room directly, on arrival • Manage any changes as necessary; schedule changes, room moves • Research and possess knowledge of all leisure sites within the designated vicinity • Purchase leisure and event tickets as required • Ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently • Manage all transportation schedules • Confirm numbers and bookings where necessary e.g. restaurants, • Ensure disclaimers are signed where necessary (i.e. activities of a dangerous nature) • Manage and communicate any changes to schedules • Ensure ease of transportation at all points, including airport arrival and departure • Research and possess knowledge of all first class restaurants and leisure facilities within the designated vicinity • Ensure accurate knowledge of medical and F&B requirements for each guest
Required Skill Set: • Fluent English for liaising with guests and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred for liaising with suppliers • Organised, systematic • Excellent communications skills • Able to work in a pressured environment • Approachable, calm, willing to help • Excellent interaction skills • Self motivated • Good communicator, able to deal with people at all levels • Good understanding of hotels, restaurants and leisure facilities in the area • Previous hospitality experience • Customer Service oriented • Management skills • Creative and organized • Able to motivate staff • Fun, warm, outgoing and confident
In addition to the above specific responsibilities the Provider will be expected to fulfil any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Project Director.
