1. Ordinary wood house: 20－30 years  (普通木屋：20－30年)
2. Mixed structure wood house: 40－50 years  (混合结构木屋：40－50年)
3. Commercial Building:  40-50 years  (商住楼为50年，商业用房的使用权为40年)
4. Ordinary brick building: 50－70 years  (普通楼房：50－70年)
5. Independent hybrid structure property: 80－100 years  (独立混合结构：80－100年)
6. Intensified structure building: 80－100 years  (强化结构楼房：80－100年)
7. Independent cement structure property: 100－150 years  (独立水泥结构屋：100－150年)
