If you are a victim of SPAM cell phone SMS and text messages you can now forward your "junk" messages to your service provider.  China's officials have recently vowed to pass legislation against cell phone spammers:

General Number: 12321 (forward your spam to this number).
China Mobile users forward your spam SMS and text messages to 10086999.
China Unicom users forward your spam SMS and text messages to 10010.
