Qingdao Liuting International Airport (TAO) currently has 14 international and 72 domestic routes in operation. It is located approximately 31km from central Qingdao (Fushan Bay Area) and can be reached in about 50 minutes by a special bus from the CAAC booking office at 30 XiangGang Zhong Lu [ph: (+86 532) 96567]; bus #305, #373, and #374 also shuttle between the city and the airport. Haitian Hotel also has a shuttle bus that costs 15 RMB and runs every half an hour starting at 6:00am until 9:00pm. Currently a taxi to the airport from Qingdao's Central Business District (CBD) should cost around 130 rmb depending upon your bargaining skills and destination.
