Clipper 2011-12 teams battled rough seas and navigated through a mine field of fishing boats while narrowly avoiding large cargo ships on their way to Qingdao, China’s Sailing City.

Most Qingdao Expats looking for a piece of China’s real estate market in China’s Sailing City may be out of luck. The policy is the central government’s latest measure to further cool the property markets and help return home prices to reasonable levels.

The Clipper 11-12 teams have set sails for Qingdao, China’s Sailing City (EDA 22-25 Feb 2012). A grand welcoming reception and awards ceremony will be held at the Qingdao International Marina & Olympic Sailing Center.
