Mount Lao (Laoshan) Jufeng Peak

Jufeng Peak (崂山巨峰) located in Mount Lao (Laoshan 崂山) scenic area is the highest coastal mountain range in China’s 18,000 kilometers of seashore. Mount Lao, along with Wudang Mountain, is one of the earliest cradles of Taoism in China. In 140 BC, during the Han period, Lianfu Zhang built the Mount Lao Taoist temple.

Mount Lao Jufeng Peak

Jufeng Peak (崂山巨峰) is the highest peak (1,133 meters) in Mount Lao Scenic Area (Laoshan 崂山), Qingdao. Being the highest peak along China’s 18,000 kilometers of coastline, Jufeng Peak (崂山巨峰) provides several spectacular scenic views: Laoshan Fireball, Cloud Ocean (depicted above), and the Rising Sunset Silhouette.
